COMPLEX STRATEGIES IN EDUCABILITY: MUNICIPALIZED UNIVERSITY EDUCATION - COMPLEX SOCIAL IMAGINARIES

Resumo: Municipalized Education needs to be conceived in an inclusive way where the student is accepted as he is, respecting his human condition, his cultural diversity, and with the deserved attention to his geographical spaces from the local, the regional and vice versa; to go to the reunion of the communities that claim to be recognized with their cultural repertoire. We must learn to face education from a change of innovative thinking, overcoming the outdated antinomies and divisions of topois, theory and practice, hard sciences, soft sciences; knowledge, knowledge; among other. The complex objective of this inquiry is to support complex strategies in educability - municipalized university education - complex social imaginaries. It is a complex, decolonial inquiry that tends to go beyond traditional philosophy. In this triad, complex strategies are shown in the light of planetary decoloniality, in its theory and practice. Taking into consideration their reconstructions in the ecology of action. It must be clear that from the complexity all strategy leads us to one or other actions to follow for its realization, a complex strategy requires seven (7) conditions that make it complex and recursive in its practicality; These are: system, circularity, dialogic, complex causality, interactions, polyrelational circles, and reconnection. For this we attend, with the transmethod, rhizomatic deconstruction, because it allows us to disarm rigid structures to search, explore and investigate and at the same time break with the old scheme of oppressive and reductionist thought in order to feel free and without ties to go in search of new expectations to consolidate the educational process from the municipalization.

Debemos aprender a afrontar la educación desde un cambio de pensamiento innovador, superando las caducadas antinomias y divisiones de topois, teoría y práctica, ciencias duras, ciencias blandas; saberes, conocimientos; entre otras. El objetivo complejo de la presente indagación es sustentar estrategias complejas en la educabilidad - formación universitaria municipalizada- imaginarios sociales complejos. Se trata de una pesquisa compleja, decolonial que tiende a ir más allá de la filosofía tradicional.  En dicha triada se muestran estrategias complejas a la luz de la decolonialidad planetaria,  en su teoría y práctica. Tomando en consideración  sus reconstrucciones en la ecología de la acción. Hay que estar claro que desde la complejidad toda estrategia nos conlleva a unas u otras acciones a seguir para su realización, una estrategia compleja requiere siete (7) condiciones que la hacen compleja y recursiva en su practicidad; estas son: sistema, circularidad, dialógica, causalidad compleja, interacciones, círculos polirrelacionales y religazón.  Para ello atendemos, con el transmétodo la deconstrucción rizomática, porque permite desarmar  estructuras rígidas para buscar, explorar e indagar  y a la vez romper con el viejo esquema del pensamiento opresor y reduccionista de manera de sentirnos libres y sin ataduras para ir a la búsqueda de nuevas expectativas  para consolidar el proceso educativo desde la municipalización.  A Educação Municipalizada precisa ser concebida de forma inclusiva onde o aluno seja aceito como ele é, respeitando sua condição humana, sua diversidade cultural, e com a merecida atenção aos seus espaços geográficos desde o local, o regional e vice-versa; ir ao encontro das comunidades que reivindicam ser reconhecidas com seu repertório cultural. É preciso aprender a encarar a educação a partir de uma mudança de pensamento inovador, superando as ultrapassadas antinomias e divisões de topois, teoria e prática, ciências duras, ciências moles; saberes, conhecimentos; entre outros. O objetivo complexo desta investigação é apoiar estratégias complexas na educabilidade - ensino universitário municipalizado - imaginários sociais complexos. É uma investigação complexa, descolonial, que tende a ir para além da filosofia tradicional. Nesta tríade, as estratégias complexas são mostradas à luz da decolonialidade planetária, na sua teoria e prática. Tendo em conta as suas reconstruções na ecologia da ação. Deve ficar claro que a partir da complexidade toda estratégia nos leva a uma ou outra ação a seguir para sua realização, uma estratégia complexa requer sete (7) condições que a tornam complexa e recursiva em sua praticidade; São elas: sistema, circularidade, dialógica, causalidade complexa, interações, círculos polirrelacionais e reconexão.
