MUNICIPALIZED UNIVERSITY EDUCATION – COMPLEX SOCIAL IMAGINARIES: a transmethodical morinium becoming in the planet - Earth

Resumo: In the present investigation, the municipalized university education is analyzed - complex social imaginaries from a Morinian trans-methodical becoming on the planet - Earth; It is framed in the line of research: educability- municipalized university education- complex social imaginaries. Inquiry carried out within the framework of the Doctorate in Educational Sciences carried out at the Latin American and Caribbean University, Venezuela. Comprehensive, ecosophical and diatopic hermeneutics carried out with the transmethod passing through the analytical, empirical and propositional moments. In the analytical - empirical moment: the crisis with the old vices of traditional education imposed on Municipalized Education is explained, it led us to break paradigms, and thus the complexity allowed us to approach new ways of learning from a complex thought. The legacy of Edgar Morín is present throughout the investigation: the theory of complexity as a transparadigm, the constitutive categories as complex, going beyond the traditional investigations declared here beyond the reductionist method: transmethod and complexity as a constitution of life on the entire planet - Earth. It is about the re-signification of Municipalized Education and therefore of municipalized university education that safeguards the true essence of municipality, popular education and mass education. In proactive moments, a university is needed where a true educational policy is established at the service of the other; where the traditionalist ethics is fragmented by a renewed ethics in the anthropoethics of the citizen, and the anthropopolitics as a way of thinking about the human condition.

Inquérito realizado no âmbito do Doutorado em Ciências da Educação realizado na Universidade Latino-Americana e do Caribe, Venezuela.Hermenêutica abrangente, ecosófica e diatópica realizada com o transmétodo passando pelos momentos analítico, empírico e proposicional. No momento analítico-empírico: explica-se a crise com os velhos vícios da educação tradicional imposta à Educação Municipalizada, que nos levou a quebrar paradigmas, e assim a complexidade nos permitiu abordar novas formas de aprender a partir de um pensamento complexo. O legado de Edgar Morín está presente em toda a investigação: a teoria da complexidade como transparadigma, as categorias constitutivas como complexas, indo além das investigações tradicionais aqui declaradas para além do método reducionista: transmétodo e complexidade como constituição da vida em todo o planeta - Terra. Trata-se da ressignificação da Educação Municipalizada e, portanto, da educação universitária municipalizada que resguarda a verdadeira essência do município, da educação popular e da educação de massa. Em momentos proativos, é necessária uma universidade onde se estabeleça uma verdadeira política educacional a serviço do outro; onde a ética tradicionalista é fragmentada por uma ética renovada na antropoética do cidadão, e a antropopolítica como forma de pensar a condição humana.En la presente investigación se analiza la formación universitaria municipalizada - imaginarios sociales complejos desde un devenir Moriniano transmétodico en el planeta – Tierra; está enmarcada en la línea de investigación: educabilidad- formación universitaria municipalizada- imaginarios sociales complejos. Indagación realizada en el marco del Doctorado en Ciencias de la Educación en la Universidad Latinoamericana y del Caribe, Venezuela. Realizada con el transmétodo la hermenéutica comprensiva, ecosófica y diatópica pasando por los momentos analíticos, empíricos y propositivos. En el momento analítico - empírico: se explica la crisis con los viejos vicios de la educación tradicional impuesta en la Educación Municipalizada, nos llevó a romper paradigmas, y así la complejidad permitió acercarnos a nuevas forma de aprender desde un pensamiento complejo. El legado de Edgar Morín, está presente en toda la indagación: la teoría de la complejidad como transparadigma, las categorías constitutivas como complejas, el ir más allá de las investigaciones tradicionales declaradas aquí más allá del método reduccionista: transmetódica y la complejidad como constitución de la vida en todo el planeta - Tierra. Se trata de la re-significación de la Educación Municipalizada y por ende de la formación universitaria municipalizada que salvaguarde la verdadera esencia de municipalidad, educación popular y masificación de la educación.
