The movie image and the contemporary art spaces: other audiovisual formulations

Resumo: The text reflects on the historical and contemporary passages and contaminationsbetween art and cinema anchoring mainly in the dynamics of space, showing how a contemporary audiovisual strand takes place that intervenes between the traditional dark exhibition room, the black box, and the exhibition spaces such as museums and galleries, the white cube. We construct a brief historical context, and then dwell on the dynamics of space from the notion of heterotopy in Foucault to analyze some works exhibited at the 32nd Biennial of São Paulo (2016).

Construimos un breve contexto histórico, para luego detenerse en las dinámicas del espacio a partir de la noción de heterotopía en Foucault para analizar algunas obras exhibidas en la 32ª Bienal de São Paulo (2016).O texto reflete sobre as passagens e contaminações históricas e contemporâneas entre arte e cinema ancorando principalmente nas dinâmicas do espaço, mostrando como se efetua uma vertente do audiovisual contemporâneo que se coloca na intercessão entre a tradicional sala escura de exibição, a caixa preta, e os espaços de exposição como museus e galerias, o cubo branco.
