Much can be done to eliminate architectural barriers. This theory is argued in this project, respecting the constitutional principles, dealing disabled people with equality and dignity according to the laws imposed by the Constitution of 1988, identifying the differences, all the relevant rights, and thereafter, find specific measures for the state and society, and eliminate the difficulties or disabilities caused by human and physical environments against people with disabilities. Although in recent years the legislation sought to give greater importance to this theme, with a view to meet the growing demands of a society in process of renewal, a more fair society, supportive and welcoming, creating different standards for the disabled, among them regulatory and right to work, whether in private or public companies and public exam. The problem relates to the quota that companies and public exams must reach in order to satisfy the law, which is not obeyed, for several reasons. The purpose of this project is to consider and demonstrate, through various aspects, the human value, which often is discriminated without a fair cause
