Resumo: The authors describe a clinical case of chronic myeloid leukemia with a typical presentation (massive splenomegaly and marked leucocytosis), but with a complex translocation--t (7; 9; 22) (q11; q34; q11). The evolution was rather atypical with a lymphoblastic crisis in association with osteolytic lesions and with parenchymal and soft tissue lymphoblastic tumours.
