Resumo: This essay aims to present elements for a reflection on the contribution of interventional research methodology to the development of scientific studies in the professional master courses in management. This objective is pursued through criticism inspired by the experience of the authors as professors / researchers in professional and academic post-graduation courses in Brazil; in the literature about the matter and in the corresponding regulation. Thus, we aim to raise questions and reflections that lead readers to deeper reflections as a way to promote the continuous transfer of knowledge between academia and the market effectively. What we can see in the current Brazilian academic reality is the need of a paradigm shift towards acceptance of interventionist research as a scientific method of research. The professional master’s degrees are an enabling laboratory, which could contribute to this fact, as the studies / knowledge generated prove to be useful and applicable.

Cet objectif est poursuivi par la critique inspirée par l’expérience des auteurs qui agissent comme des enseignants / chercheurs en cours de post-graduation (professionelles et academics) au Brésil; par la littérature sur le sujetet et par la réglementation pertinente. Donc, en tretent ce thème, ce que nous visons est soulever des questions et des réflexions qui conduisent les lecteurs à des réflexions plus profondes comme un moyen de promouvoir le transfert continu des connaissances entre les universités et le marché de manière efficace. Ce qu’on entrevoit dans la réalité actuelle de la université brésilienne, est la nécessité d’un changement de paradigme vers l’acceptation de la nature interventionniste de la recherche, en tant que méthode de recherche scientifique. Nous pensons que les cours de master professionnelle sont un laboratoire approprié pour contribuer à cette acceptation de paradigmes alternatifs dans la mesure où les études / connaissances généré se montrent utiles et applicables.Este ensaio-teórico tem por objetivo apresentar elementos para uma reflexão sobre a contribuição da pesquisa intervencionista para o desenvolvimento dos estudos científicos no âmbito dos mestrados profissionais da área de gestão. Este objetivo é buscado por meio de reflexões críticas inspiradas pela experiência dos autores que atuam como professores/pesquisadores em cursos de pós-graduação stricto sensu no Brasil, apoiadas na literatura e regulação pertinentes. Assim, ao abordarmos este instigante tema, visamos levantar questionamentos e reflexões que conduzam os leitores a reflexões mais profundas, como forma de promover a transferência contínua de conhecimento entre a academia e o mercado, com efetividade. Vislumbra-se, na realidade atual acadêmica brasileira, ainda a necessidade de quebra de paradigma em relação a aceitação da pesquisa de natureza intervencionista, como método científico de pesquisa.
