Resumo: | "One Hundred Years of Cohabitation" is a study about 'living together'. Cohousing is the pretext for the interpretation of ideas, problems and references in which disciplines intersect and which results in the exploration of a project idea. The proposition of reflection about a form of housing identifiable by the idea of sharing and the idea of permanence gives rise to a path that is organized through the distinction of scales of living in cohousing. The Intimate scale seeks to relate the individual to the community taking into account the notions of privacy, comfort and property. The Private scale, focuses on the concern to create a diverse and inclusive community. In the Collective scale, a reading is made about the evolution of forms of social organization and architecture, in which sharing is defined by the degree of intentionality of life in common. Finally, the Public scale will be an opportunity to explore the concept of utopia associated with the problem of the relationship between building and city, community and society. Although independent from each other, these four approaches are united by their common perspective that is based on the architecture of cohousing spaces that contemplate the possibility of permanence. |
