Resumo: This essay looks at the ways in which the human reason, defined as an instrument to eliminate life obstacles, in the course of civilization resulted in frequent “rational eliminations” of potentialenemies and common people. The authorrevealsthat inhumanity process on the base of various examples drown from the Modern history. Starting with the French Revolution, through the 20th century totalitarian experience, he finally points out the lately Ruanda massacres.
