Resumo: | The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the sporting corporeity to find a corporeal perception in athletes took part in Paraná’s Open Games of 1994. In the bibliography review, it is found a body duality point of view what had began with the philosophy from the ancient Greece 9or may be befor). With Platão, Sócrates and Aristóteles (IV b. C.), and had basement with Descartes (XVI to XVIII b.C.) till today. Autor like Merreau - Ponty and other, those their purposition have another understood about human being in this word, the body perception and human being behave. Subjects responded analysis we’ll show and discuss: a. their body refletion after games playing experiences; b. sel-experience, remember of specific situations during games; c. adversary bady; d. the motive to be a competitor. Sport is a human being experience field. By this as must as privilege a human being total edification, werw sportsmen will find a corporeal freedom, expressiveness and not’ll be a automaton and domesticable, like a machine. |

Identifica-se, na revisão de literatura, uma visão dualista de corpo que se iniciou com o pensamento filosófico a partir da Antiga Grécia (ou quem sabe até anteriormente) com Platão, Sócrates e Aristóteles (séc. IV e V a.C.) e sedimentou-se em Descartes (séc XVI e XVII), mantendo-se até nossos dias. Observamos autores como Meleau-Poutry, entre outros, que propõem um outro entendimento sobre o ser no mundo, a percepção de corpo dos desportistas aos seguintes tópicos: a) refletindo sobre o próprio corpo após a experimentação do jogo; b)relembrando situações específicas vividas durante o jogo; c) o corpo do adversário; d) motivos que o levaram a competir.
