The emergence of ethics in the philosophical education of Chemistry teachers: a curricular analysis of Pre-service teacher education in the State of Paraná

Resumo: In this article, a study on the Philosophical Education of Chemistry teachers in the State of Paraná, Brazil, is presented. The research is based on the Philosophy of Science Education, which articulates Philosophy, Philosophy of Education and Philosophy of Science. The curricular components of courses with a Chemistry teaching certification of Federal Universities and Institutes and State Universities are analyzed. Prompted by the question: What philosophical education is shown in the education of Chemistry teachers in the State of Paraná?, a qualitative and bibliographical research in the syllabus of the Pre-service teacher education courses was carried out. The emergence of ethics in the philosophical education of Chemistry teachers emerged as one of the final categories. It was identified that ethics is linked to Philosophy and Philosophy of Science, involving ethical problems and professional ethics in Chemistry. In Philosophy of Education, ethics is shown in social relationships, citizenship and educational and professional relationships. Keywords: Chemistry Education. Ethics. Teacher education.

La investigación se basa en la Filosofía de la Educación en Ciencias, que articula Filosofía, Filosofía de la Educación y Filosofía de la Ciencia. Se analizan los componentes curriculares de los cursos con habilitación en Química de las Universidades y de los Institutos Federales y Universidades Estatales. Instigados por la pregunta: ¿Qué Educación Filosófica se muestra en la Formación de los profesores de Química en el Estado de Paraná?, se realizó una investigación cualitativa y bibliográfica en los planes de estudio de los cursos de Licenciatura. Se utilizó el Análisis Textual Discursivo para analizarlos. Surgió, como una de las categorías finales, la emergencia de la ética en la formación filosófica de profesores de Química. Se identificó que la ética se muestra vinculada a la Filosofía y a la Filosofía de la Ciencia, involucrando problemas éticos y la ética profesional en Química. En la Filosofía de la Educación, la Ética se manifiesta en las relaciones sociales, de ciudadanía y en las relaciones educativas y profesionales. Palabras clave: Educación Química. Ética. Formación de profesores.Apresenta-se, neste artigo, um estudo acerca da formação filosófico de professores de Química no Estado do Paraná. A pesquisa baseia-se na Filosofia da Educação em Ciências, que articula Filosofia, Filosofia da Educação e Filosofia da Ciência. Analisam-se os componentes curriculares dos cursos com habilitação em Química das Universidades e dos Institutos Federais e das Universidades Estaduais. Instigados pela pergunta: Que educação filosófica se mostra na formação de professores de Química no Estado do Paraná?, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica nas ementas dos cursos de Licenciatura. Utilizou-se a Análise Textual Discursiva para analisá-las. Surgiu como uma das categorias finais a emergência da ética na formação filosófica de professores de Química. Identificou-se que a ética se mostra vinculada à Filosofia e à Filosofia da Ciência, envolvendo problemas éticos e a Ética profissional na Química. Na Filosofia da Educação, a ética se mostra nas relações sociais, de cidadania e nas relações educacionais e profissionais. Palavras-chave: Educação Química. Ética.
