ResumoO objetivo deste trabalho é identificar os desafios e recomendações para adoção da norma ISO 26000:2010 pela indústria. O artigo foi elaborado a partir de pesquisa nas bases científicas Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science, Engineering Village e Civil Engineering Abstracts em fevereiro de 2015, e os resultados mostraram que existe ainda pouca literatura sobre o assunto. Com base na análise dos artigos incluídos na revisão da literatura, foi elaborada uma tabela relacionando autor, categoria de empresa, bem como um resumo dos desafios e recomendações envolvendo a adoção da ISO 26000 na indústria. O diferencial do estudo é disponibilizar conhecimento sobre os desafios enfrentados pelas indústrias na adoção da norma ISO 26000 e suas recomendações, especificamente no caso da indústria da construção civil e em especial nas indústrias de micro, pequeno e médio porte.AbstractThe aim of this study is to identify the challenges and recommendations for adoption of ISO 26000:2010 by the industry. The article was drawn from research in the scientific basis Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science, Engineering Village and Civil Engineering Abstracts during February 2015, and the results showed that there is little literature on the subject. Based on the analysis of articles included in the literature review, a table was prepared listing author, company category, as well as a summary of the challenges and recommendations involving the adoption of ISO 26000 in the industry. The differential of the study is to provide knowledge about the challenges faced by the industry in adoption of ISO 26000 and its recommendations, specifically in the case of the construction industry and in particular in industries of micro, small and medium size businesses.
