Resumo: Proposals related to Long-Term Athlete Development and Sport Pedagogy have emphasized the importance of competitive adaptations that aim to respect the physical, social, and psychological characteristics of children. This research focuses on children's soccer competitions organized by the Amazonas Football Federation (FAF) with the following objectives: 1) the development of an evaluative tool for the level of competitive adaptation in youth soccer; 2) analyzing the degree of appropriateness of youth competitions organized by FAF. Through document analysis and discussions with the literature, we have developed indicators and scores for the instrument. Considering a scale of 1 to 4, where 1 represents more adapted competitions and 4 represents traditional format competitions, the under-9 competition received a score of 2.2±0.9, and the under-11 competition received a score of 2.5±1.2, highlighting FAF's efforts to promote competitions adapted to children. However, the categories of 'Athlete Participation' and 'Competitive Model' require more pedagogical attention.

Esta investigación se centra en las competiciones de fútbol infantil organizadas por la Federación Amazonense de Fútbol (FAF) con los siguientes objetivos: 1) el desarrollo de un instrumento evaluativo para el nivel de adaptación competitiva en el fútbol juvenil; 2) analizar el grado de idoneidad de las competiciones juveniles organizadas por la FAF. A través del análisis de documentos y discusiones con la literatura, hemos desarrollado indicadores y puntuaciones para el instrumento. Considerando una escala del 1 al 4, donde 1 representa competiciones más adaptadas y 4 representa competiciones en formato tradicional, la competición sub-9 obtuvo una puntuación de 2,2±0,9 y la competición sub-11 obtuvo una puntuación de 2,5±1,2, lo que destaca los esfuerzos de la FAF por promover competiciones adaptadas para niños. Sin embargo, las categorías de 'Participación de los Atletas' y 'Modelo Competitivo' requieren una mayor atención pedagógica.Propostas relacionadas ao Desenvolvimento do Atleta em Longo Prazo e à Pedagogia do Esporte têm destacado a importância de adaptações competitivas que visam respeitar as características físicas, sociais e psicológicas das crianças. Esta pesquisa se debruça sobre competições de futebol infantil da Federação Amazonense de Futebol (FAF) tendo como objetivos: 1) elaboração de instrumento avaliativo do nível de adaptação competitiva para o futebol infantil; 2) analisar o grau de adequação das competições infantis organizadas pela FAF. Por meio da análise documental e discussão com a literatura, elaboramos indicadores e scores para o instrumento.
