Resumo: Discourses are intrinsically linked to sociocultural and ideological relations; they do not exist outside relations and, therefore, cannot be analyzed outside relations. We are crossed by discursive formations that constitute us as subjects. The discursive formations are sets of discourses crossed by regimes of truth, which legitimize institutional and body systems of domination and exclusion. Sexuality is a blocked field, and standardized by different discourses. Thus, one has to ask: How do the discursive formations operate, crossed by the Christian religious fundamentalist discourse that blocks and standardizes sexuality? To reflect on this question, I propose to analyze and deconstruct a given discursive formation, crossed by Christian religious - fundamentalist and political-legal discourses: I refer to the “crusade” taken on the eve of approval of the National Education Plan (NEP), in 2014, by conservative deputies, mobilized by Christian fundamentalists inside and outside the political representation field, against what was defined as “gender ideology”. This (pre)conception generated echoes that, unfortunately, remain latent, which is why I propose myself to conduct such analysis.

This (pre)conception generated echoes that, unfortunately, remain latent, which is why I propose myself to conduct such analysis.
