SYSTEMATIC MAPPING ON THE HISTORY OF MATHEMATICS IN DEGREE COURSES IN MATHEMATICS

Resumo: This research is a systematic mapping that aims to map research from journals that carried out studies about the analysis, situation, characterization and presence of disciplines that deal with the history of mathematics in Brazilian Mathematics degree courses. It is a qualitative research and is structured around a systematic mapping carried out with searches in two databases, the Journal Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel and the SciELO platform during the month of January 2023. Seven scientific articles were found that analyzed course designs, syllabuses, programs, curricular matrices and subject plans from higher education institutions in all Brazilian states, and that pointed to emphasis in the states of Ceará, Goiás, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais. It was verified the importance of the courses to present a specific discipline on or means of approaching thematics on the history of mathematics, history of mathematics education and history for the teaching of mathematics, in view of its relevant importance for teacher training.

Es una investigación cualitativa y se estructura en torno a un mapeo sistemático realizado con búsquedas en dos bases de datos, el Portal de Revistas de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior y la plataforma SciELO durante el mes de enero de 2023. Se encontraron siete artículos científicos que analizaron Proyectos de Curso, planes de estudio, programas, matrices curriculares y planes de asignaturas de Instituciones de Educación Superior de todos los estados brasileños y que apuntaron a Ceará, Goiás, Rio Grande do Sul y Minas Gerais. Se verificó la importancia de los cursos para presentar una disciplina específica o medio de abordaje de temas de Historia de las Matemáticas, Historia de la Educación Matemática e Historia para la enseñanza de las Matemáticas, en vista de su relevante importancia para la formación de profesores.A presente pesquisa se trata de um mapeamento sistemático que tem como objetivo mapear pesquisas de periódicos que realizaram estudos acerca da análise, da situação, da caracterização e da presença de disciplinas que versam sobre a história da matemática em cursos de licenciatura em matemática brasileiros. É uma pesquisa qualitativa e se estrutura em torno de um mapeamento sistemático realizado com buscas em duas bases de dados, o Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior e a plataforma SciELO durante o mês de janeiro de 2023. Foram encontrados sete artigos científicos que analisaram projetos de cursos, ementários, programas, matrizes curriculares e planos de disciplinas de instituições de ensino superior de todos os estados brasileiros, e que apontaram ênfases nos estados do Ceará, Goiás, Rio Grande do Sul e Minas Gerais.
