Estudo qu?mico e atividades biol?gicas de Ouratea hexasperma var. planchonii Engl. (Ochnaceae)

Summary: The specials metabolites isolated from the branches of the Ouratea hexasperma var. planchonii Engl., allowing to the comparison with the chemical constituents from variety Ouratea hexasperma (St. Hil.) to confirm the botanical classification. Some biological activities were evaluated. The analysis of the fractions from solvents and chromatographic fractionation of the dichloromethane and methanolic extracts from the branches of Ouratea hexasperma var. planchonii Engl. led to the identification of some chemical constituents. This procedure led to identification of aliphatics compounds mixture, aliphatic alcohol mixture, steroids mixture (sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol), three triterpenes, lupeol e -amiryn e -amiryn, and the biflavonoids (7?-O-methylagathisflavone and agathisflavone) and sitosterol-3-O- -D-glycopyranoside. The structures were determined by IR, de 1H (1D e 2D) e 13C (BBD e DEPT) NMR spectral data analysis and comparison with literature values. The HPLC-MS were used in the analysis of two fractions containing the these two biflavones and some additional compounds. This analysis led us to identify the presence of methyl-vitexin, orientin, methyl-dihydroxyflavone, glycopiranosil-flavones, dimethylagathisflavone and glycopyranosil-prenyl-dihydroxyflavonol besides the confirmation of these two biflavonoids. The extracts from the branches of Ouratea hexasperma var. planchonii Engl. were submitted on evaluations of the antibacterial, antifungal, insecticide and toxicity activities. The Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus growth was inhibited with methanolic extract. The fractions containing the biflavonoids were partially active as insecticide against Musca domestica. The extracts presented low toxicity on unique dose.

Identificaram-se misturas de hidrocarbonetos alif?ticos, ?cidos alilf?ticos, de ester?ides (sitosterol, estigmasterol e campesterol), al?m de tr?s triterpenos, lupeol, ? e ? amirina, e os flavon?ides (7?-O-metilagatisflavona e agatisflavona) e sitosterol-3-O- -D-glicopiranosideo. As estruturas foram determinadas atrav?s de an?lise dos dados espectrom?tricos de IV, RMN de 1H e 13C uni e bidimensional e massas, al?m de compara??o com dados da literatura. A t?cnica CLAE-EM foi utilizada na an?lise adicional de duas fra??es contendo dois biflavon?ides e alguns constituintes adicionais. Esta an?lise permitiu propor a presen?a de metil-vitexina, orientina, metil-diidroxiflavona, glicopiranosil-flavonas, dimetilagatisflavona, glicopiranosil-prenil-flavonol al?m da confirma??o das duas biflavonas identificadas inicialmente. Os extratos dos galhos de Ouratea hexasperma var. planchonii Engl. foram submetidos ? avalia??o de atividade antibacteriana, antif?ngica, inseticida e de toxidez. O crescimento de Escherichia coli e Staphylococcus aureus reduziu com extrato metan?lico. As fra??es contendo as biflavonas foram parcialmente ativas como inseticida contra Musca domestica.
