Resumo: | Considering that the training of students at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso (IFMT) - Campus C?ceres, for milk production quality is the major challenge for teachers of technical courses of this institution, the work aimed to promote interdisciplinarity among teachers of technical courses IFMT - Campus C?ceres, through didactic transposition on the processes of production of quality milk. The research was conducted in the premises of the sectors of Animal Science III (bovine), agribusiness, microbiology and food analysis laboratories of IFMT - Campus C?ceres, having as subject eighteen students enrolled in the fourth semester of the Technical Course in Agriculture. Initially, the students answered a questionnaire on issues related to dairy production chain will assess their previous knowledge. After, they attended practical classes taught by teachers who have used different interdisciplinary techniques. Still, the students had practical class in a dairy region and confected booklet as a tool for guidance to dairy farmers. At the end, the same questionnaire was administered to students to demonstrate possible improvements in the teaching-learning process of students. The results were subjected to statistical analysis, the 5% level of significance, using the Fisher Exact Test and McNemar Test. The observations and studies indicate that students obtained in the development process of teaching and teachers felt quite satisfied to use interdisciplinarity. Therefore, the results indicate that there is a need for discussion among professionals IFMT - Campus C?ceres, that interdisciplinarity is incorporated to make teaching in technical education. |

Campus C?ceres para a produ??o de leite com qualidade ? o grande desafio dos professores dos cursos t?cnicos desta Institui??o, o trabalho objetivou promover a interdisciplinaridade entre os professores dos cursos t?cnicos do IFMT - Campus C?ceres atrav?s da transposi??o did?tica acerca dos processos da produ??o de leite de qualidade. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida nas depend?ncias dos setores de Zootecnia III (bovinocultura), agroind?stria e laborat?rios de microbiologia e an?lise de alimentos do IFMT Campus ? C?ceres, tendo como sujeitos 18 alunos regularmente matriculados no quarto semestre do Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria. Inicialmente, os alunos responderam a um question?rio sobre os temas relacionados ? cadeia produtiva leiteira para avaliar seus conhecimentos pr?vios. Ap?s, participaram de aulas te?rico-pr?ticas ministradas por diferentes professores que utilizaram de t?cnicas interdisciplinares. Ainda, os alunos tiveram aula pr?tica em um latic?nio da regi?o e confeccionaram cartilha como instrumento de orienta??o aos produtores leiteiros. Ao final, foi aplicado o mesmo question?rio aos alunos, para comprovar poss?veis melhoras no processo ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos. Os resultados foram submetidos ? an?lise estat?stica, ao n?vel de 5% de signific?ncia, utilizando-se o teste Exato de Fisher e o teste de McNemar. As observa??es e estudos indicam que os alunos obtiveram desenvolvimento no processo de ensino e os professores se sentiram bastante satisfeitos em utilizar a interdisciplinaridade. Portanto, os resultados apontam que h? a necessidade de discuss?es entre profissionais do IFMT ?
