Considering that the training of students at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso (IFMT) - Campus C?ceres, for milk production quality is the major challenge for teachers of technical courses of this institution, the work aimed to promote interdisciplinarity among teachers of technical courses IFMT - Campus C?ceres, through didactic transposition on the processes of production of quality milk. The research was conducted in the premises of the sectors of Animal Science III (bovine), agribusiness, microbiology and food analysis laboratories of IFMT - Campus C?ceres, having as subject eighteen students enrolled in the fourth semester of the Technical Course in Agriculture. Initially, the students answered a questionnaire on issues related to dairy production chain will assess their previous knowledge. After, they attended practical classes taught by teachers who have used different interdisciplinary techniques. Still, the students had practical class in a dairy region and confected booklet as a tool for guidance to dairy farmers. At the end, the same questionnaire was administered to students to demonstrate possible improvements in the teaching-learning process of students. The results were subjected to statistical analysis, the 5% level of significance, using the Fisher Exact Test and McNemar Test. The observations and studies indicate that students obtained in the development process of teaching and teachers felt quite satisfied to use interdisciplinarity. Therefore, the results indicate that there is a need for discussion among professionals IFMT - Campus C?ceres, that interdisciplinarity is incorporated to make teaching in technical education.
