A pr?tica da pesquisa no ensino agrot?cnico em Santa Catarina

Resumo: This historical moment we have lived comes from globalize economy and the technological revolution, whose transformations occur quickly and there is a narrow interval between the discovery and its use. Consequences this fact are relevant changes are occurring in the concept of professional ability. Nowadays is necessary to go along technical competence with intellectual competence. However, this new technician is conditioned to education conception invigorates at technological schools where they are responsible for its formation. And rather than develop a broad theories is necessary students using them actively for real purposes. So, could be done such formation through teaching strategies that enables teachers and students became partners in the search of the knowledge, conjugating practical and theory in the educational process? Could be research a meaningful learning strategy? In order to answer these questions this research was carried through in the five federal schools of Santa Catarina in the course T?cnico em Agropecu?ria that is concomitant to high school. These institutions have been composed in their majority with master and doctors. It was characterized for a exploratory study with a quanti-qualitative boarding. Through a questionnaire was investigated if and how the research occurs, and if not, which the main factors that were preventing qualified professors develop it. Majority professors thinks that scientific research through content teaching is very important to formation their students, preparing to work, developing competences and solving problems.. Main motivations to development in practicing research pointed by professors were: possibility spreading in events, importance makes research during professional formation, as form to get resources to production didactic units. Therefore, data showed there are many factors that prevent the developing research in these institutions, too. Some professors appointed that the least motivations factors were: their schedule, many responsibilities, lack libraries and space, little time and others personal difficulties. Another reasons shown were little interest and incentive from school administration and lack of orientation, recognizing that is necessary a Scientific Methodology subject. Finally this research point that is necessary to find out solutions and alternatives for an association between teaching and research through organized and structured strategy which learners construct knowledge for all their life.

E esse fato, conseq?entemente, vem provocando mudan?as no conceito de compet?ncia profissional. Atualmente, h? a necessidade de se aliar a compet?ncia t?cnica com a capacidade intelectual. Entretanto, esse novo profissional est? condicionado ? concep??o de ensino que vigora nos col?gios t?cnicos que s?o os respons?veis por sua forma??o. E mais do que desenvolver uma gama de teorias ? necess?rio que os estudantes saibam us?-las com prop?sitos reais. Ent?o, poderia tal forma??o ser concretizada por uma estrat?gia de ensino que possibilite a parceria entre docentes e discentes na busca do conhecimento, conjugando teoria e pr?tica no processo educativo? Poderia ser a pesquisa uma estrat?gia para uma aprendizagem significativa? Com o objetivo de responder essas quest?es foi realizada essa pesquisa em cinco escolas federais de Santa Catarina junto ao curso de T?cnico em Agropecu?ria concomitante ao ensino m?dio. Essas institui??es s?o compostas, em sua maioria, por mestres e doutores. Esse trabalho caracterizou-se por um estudo explorat?rio com uma abordagem quanti-qualitativa. Atrav?s de um question?rio, investigou-se se e como ocorre a pr?tica da pesquisa nessas institui??es e, se n?o, quais os principais fatores que est?o impedindo que professores qualificados a desenvolvam. Em s?ntese, os resultados mostraram que a maioria dos professores que participaram desse estudo pensa que a pesquisa cient?fica, no contexto educacional, proporciona subs?dios para a forma??o profissional dos educandos, preparando-os para o trabalho, desenvolvendo compet?ncias e ampliando suas capacidades de resolu??o de problemas. Quanto aos principais fatores citados pelos professores como motivadores para o desenvolvimento da pr?tica de pesquisa, as respostas que obtiveram um ?ndice mais expressivo foram: possibilidade de divulga??o de pesquisa em eventos, a consci?ncia da import?ncia do papel da pesquisa na forma??o profissional, como forma de obter recursos para as unidades did?ticas de produ??o. Embora haja o interesse por parte de alguns profissionais, os dados indicaram que h? muitos entraves para que a pesquisa cient?fica torne-se uma realidade efetiva nas institui??es pesquisadas. Alguns professores dizem que os fatores que menos motivam s?o: muitos compromissos e responsabilidades, falta de biblioteca e espa?os adequados, pouco tempo. Outras raz?es apresentadas foram o pouco interesse e incentivo dados pelas administra??es das escolas e a falta de orienta??o, reconhecendo a necessidade de uma disciplina de Inicia??o Cientifica.
