Resumo: | In Rio de Janeiro , in a scene full of technical courses in many areas , the professionalization in dance in the high school was presented until 2010 only by schools of dance, concurrent or subsequent to this level of education. In 2011, the first technical course in dance integrated to high school was opened by a state technical school. The research pretends to analyze the structure and operation of this course, social relevance, educational proposal, and the limits and possibilities for the adoption of integration between high school and professional education. This study presents, at first, a literature review that includes a history of the relation between high school and professional education in Brazil, that search for an integration that has not yet been consolidated in practice, followed by an analysis of the relation between dance and education with focus on professional education in this area. In the third chapter, we present information about the implementation of the Integrated Curriculum in Funda??o Estadual de Apoio a Escola T?cnica (FAETEC), that occurred after the opening of the first technical course in dance network, offered by Escola T?cnica Estadual Adolpho Bloch (ETEAB). The fourth chapter presents the results of the study in the school, including observation of lessons, events, questionnaires with students and teachers, and interviews with administrative and teaching staff of the school and the network. At the end of the survey we consider that the integration as a totality has not yet been reached, but it is undeniable the differential that the course of dance ETEAB are trying to build, having already climbed some stairs, still small, but important for the integration that, we believe, may one day come true . However, the study also led to confirmation of the challenges that will arise with the further expansion of the integrated format for all FAETEC, since neither the teachers nor the schools are prepared to work in integrated courses. However, some differentiated actions that appeared in ETEAB may come to light a small light in the end of the tunnel, although we realize that the way to go is still long and difficult. |

Em 2011, foi aberto o primeiro curso t?cnico em dan?a integrado ao ensino m?dio, oferecido por uma escola t?cnica estadual. A pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar a estrutura e funcionamento deste curso, sua relev?ncia social, sua proposta pedag?gica, bem como os limites e possibilidades para a ado??o da integra??o entre os ensinos m?dio e t?cnico. O presente estudo apresenta, num primeiro momento, uma revis?o de literatura que contempla um hist?rico da articula??o entre ensino m?dio e ensino t?cnico no Brasil, na procura por uma integra??o que ainda n?o se consolidou na pr?tica, seguido de uma an?lise sobre as rela??es entre dan?a e educa??o, com enfoque na educa??o profissional nesta ?rea. No terceiro cap?tulo, s?o apresentados dados sobre a implanta??o do curr?culo integrado na Funda??o de Apoio a Escola T?cnica (FAETEC), que se efetivou ap?s a abertura do primeiro curso t?cnico em dan?a da rede, oferecido pela Escola T?cnica Estadual Adolpho Bloch (ETEAB). O quarto cap?tulo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa de campo, que envolveu observa??es de aulas, reuni?es e eventos do curso, question?rios aplicados com alunos e professores, e entrevistas com a equipe administrativo-pedag?gica da escola e da rede. Ao final da pesquisa consideramos que a integra??o plena ainda n?o foi atingida, mas ? ineg?vel a constata??o do caminho diferenciado que o curso de dan?a da ETEAB est? tentando construir, j? tendo galgado alguns degraus, ainda pequenos, mas importantes para a integra??o que, acreditamos, possa um dia acontecer de verdade. No entanto, o estudo permitiu tamb?m a constata??o dos desafios que ainda ir?o surgir com a amplia??o do formato integrado para toda a rede FAETEC, uma vez que nem os professores, nem a escolas est?o preparadas para atuar em cursos integrados.
