NETWORKS AND TRAINING: arguments and multi-referential experiences

Resumo: This article presents and explains a number of arguments, in which we articulate the need for networks in learning processes, taking multi-referential epistemology as an experiential and educational transversality. Devices and experiences with networks, from a multi-referential perspective, are made aiming at proposals for formation. The challenge, at first, is the experiential understanding of the training phenomenon, through it sintransigence, in order to, later, engage with the unique and transformative learning potential of networks, culminating at providing examples of concrete experiences of learning entanglement and their possibilities regarding qualification of training.   KEYWORDS: network; training; multi-referential experience.

Para empezar, el desafio es la comprensión experiencial del fenómeno de la formación a través de su irredutibilidad. O desafio, de partida, é a compreensão experiencial do fenômeno formação, através da sua irredutibilidade, para, em seguida, tecermos entretecimentos com o potencial formativo singular e transformador das redes, culminando com a apresentação de experiências concretas de enredamento formativo e suas possibilidades no que se refere à qualificação da formação.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: rede; formação; experiência multirreferencial.
