Resumo: | The objective of this article is to discuss the training and valuation of teachers in Ananindeua-PA through the perspective of the Municipal Education Plan (PME), in dialogue with the State Education Plan of Pará (PEE-PA) and goals 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the National Education Plan (PNE) 2014-2024. To this end, a bibliographic and documentary research was carried out in order to understand how the planning and implementation of these educational policies occurs. The work is divided into three moments: Overview of the municipality and the main educational aspects; PNE and what it demands about training and valuing teachers; Ananindeua's PME and PEE-PA, regarding policies aimed at education professionals in the local context. Failure to meet the goals and policies aimed at the area may compromise the advances in education in the municipality. |

A cet effet, une recherche bibliographique et documentaire a été menée afin de comprendre comment se déroule la planification et la mise en œuvre de ces politiques éducatives. Le travail est divisé en trois moments: Vue d'ensemble de la commune et des principaux aspects pédagogiques; PNE et ce qu'il exige en matière de formation et de valorisation des enseignants; PME et PEE-PA d'Ananindeua, concernant les politiques destinées aux professionnels de l'éducation dans le contexte local. Le non-respect des objectifs et des politiques visant la zone peut compromettre les progrès de l'éducation dans la municipalité.Tal artigo tem por objetivo discutir a formação e a valorização docente em Ananindeua-PA pelo viés do Plano Municipal de Educação (PME), em diálogo com o Plano Estadual de Educação do Pará (PEE-PA) e as metas 15, 16, 17 e 18 do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE) de 2014-2024. Para tanto foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, a fim de compreender como ocorre o planejamento e a implementação dessas políticas educacionais. O trabalho está dividido em três momentos: visão geral do município e dos principais aspectos educacionais; PNE e o que demanda sobre formação e valorização dos professores; PME de Ananindeua e o PEE-PA, no que tange às políticas voltadas para os profissionais da educação em contexto local.
