Resumo: | This article reflects on an experiment that sought to implement teaching classes forchildren and adolescents hospitalized in the university hospital and its dialogues and reflections onthe formation of public policy for education in hospital settings. Its examines the documents thatunleashed the education for all policies, particularly special education, and reflections on theeducational rights of children and adolescents hospitalized or convalescing at home present in theliterature on the subject, demonstrating that although there are legal grounds that support theprovision of the referred educational modality and some efforts for its institution, the social actorsinvolved must open the political fight scene to ensure education as a right of hospitalized childrenand adolescents. |
