Resumo: Objective: To evaluate the risk factors of Burnout syndrome in nurses before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Methods: Cross-sectional, exploratory and quantitative study. The sample consisted of 27 nurses working in Primary, Hospital and Teaching Care, data were collected in June 2019 and June 2021. Data collection was performed using the Maslach scale, which has three dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Professional Fulfillment. Results: Before the pandemic, teachers had average Emotional Exhaustion, high Depersonalization and Professional Fulfillment, during the pandemic they increased in emotional exhaustion and reduced in Professional Fulfillment. Hospital nurses before the pandemic high Emotional Exhaustion and Professional Fulfillment and medium Depersonalization, during the pandemic increased Depersonalization and reduced Professional Fulfillment. Primary Care nurses before the pandemic had average in all items, during the pandemic, Depersonalization increased. Conclusion: It appears that Teaching and Hospital Nurses were the most affected with the chances of developing Burnout Syndrome before and during the pandemic. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen practices to prevent Burnout risk factors and constant evaluation of Nursing professionals who were affected by the Coronavírus pandemic.

Métodos: Estudio transversal, exploratorio y cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 27 enfermeros que actúan en Atención Primaria, Hospitalaria y Docente, los datos fueron recolectados en junio de 2019 y junio de 2021. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la escala de Maslach, que tiene tres dimensiones: Agotamiento Emocional, Despersonalización y Realización Profesional. Resultados: Antes de la pandemia los docentes presentaban Agotamiento Emocional medio, Despersonalización y Realización Profesional alta, durante la pandemia aumentaron en Agotamiento Emocional y disminuyeron en Realización Profesional. Enfermeros hospitalarios antes de la pandemia Agotamiento Emocional y Realización Profesional alto y Despersonalización media, durante la pandemia aumentó la Despersonalización y disminuyó la Realización Profesional. Las enfermeras de Atención Primaria antes de la pandemia tenían promedio en todos los ítems, durante la pandemia aumentó la Despersonalización. Conclusión: Parece que las Enfermeras Docentes y Hospitalarias fueron las más afectadas con posibilidades de desarrollar el Síndrome de Burnout antes y durante la pandemia. Por lo tanto, es necesario fortalecer las prácticas para prevenir los factores de riesgo de Burnout y la evaluación constante de los profesionales de Enfermería que se vieron afectados por la pandemia de Coronavírus.Objetivo: avaliar os fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento da síndrome de burnout em enfermeiros antes e durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Método: estudo transversal, exploratório e quantitativo, junto a 27 enfermeiros, atuantes de unidades básicas de saúde, unidade hospitalar e uma universidade. A coleta ocorreu na região Norte de Mato Grosso. Os dados foram coletados em junho de 2019 e junho de 2021, com aplicação da escala de Maslach, e analisados com estatística descritiva, por meio de frequência. Resultados: tanto enfermeiros da unidade hospitalar como docentes aumentaram a exaustão emocional e despersonalização, com redução da realização profissional, indicativo de síndrome de burnout. Os enfermeiros da Atenção Básica tiveram acréscimo na despersonalização.
