The influence of the positive emotions in sharing of organizational knowledge: A systematic literature review

Resumo: Knowledge Management is an area of proposing ways for an organization to capture, structure, and disseminate knowledge. The knowledge can be developed in the organizational environment, starting from the individual and shared in different groups.  However, it is necessary enabling an environment to make the knowledge shared. Nonetheless, an environment is not enough to stimulate knowledge sharing since other variables might influence the individuals' interaction, such as positive emotions. In this sense, this paper aims to present a systematic literature review in which identifies the studies published in national and international journals, seeking research which deals with knowledge sharing and positive emotions. We accomplished the systematic review following six steps. The results in this paper present an increasing number of publications regarding the topic between 2011 and 2020. On the other hand, this is still a topic that deserves the attention of researchers due to its influence in how people share their knowledge.

Esse conhecimento pode ser desenvolvido no ambiente organizacional, partindo do indivíduo e sendo compartilhado em grupos. Para que o compartilhamento aconteça é necessária a criação de um ambiente propício para tal. Entretanto, esse mesmo ambiente não é suficiente para estimular tal compartilhamento uma vez que outras variáveis podem influenciar na interação dos indivíduos sendo, uma delas, as emoções positivas. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar uma revisão sistemática da literatura que identifica os estudos publicados em periódicos nacionais e internacionais e que tratam do compartilhamento do conhecimento e das emoções positivas. A revisão sistemática foi executada seguindo seis etapas.
