Resumo: This article is part of the master’s thesis of the Interdepartmental Program of Post-graduate Program in Arts, Urbanities and Sustainability of the Federal University of São João del Rei/MG. The objective was to understand the perception of the producers of artisanal Minas cheese producers from Campo das Vertentes / MG in relation to their own activity, having as its north the analysis of their daily poetics and the rescue of their memories. It also sought to reconcile science and art, inspiring participation, the exchange of knowledge, and strengthening collective identity through the construction of a place of memory. This study has extensionist character, qualitative and linked to research-action. In addition to a bibliographic review, interviews and a photographic experience were conducted that recorded the daily expressions of the activity generating a visual and identity narrative of this group of people, corroborating for the construction of a space of identity and memory of this activity. It was possible to conclude that contemporary influences interfere directly on the daily life of these producers, leading them to break paradigms in search of maximization of results and facilitation of daily routines. In this sense, the current market pattern imposes on these producers the dissemination of new social behaviors and a process of cultural homogenization.

Se buscó la percepción de los productores de queso Minas artesanal del Campo das Vertentes/MG en relación a la propia actividad teniendo como norte el análisis de sus poéticas cotidianas y el rescate de sus memorias. Se buscó también, conciliar ciencia y arte, inspirando la participación, el intercambio de saberes, además de reforzar la identidad colectiva a través de la construcción de un lugar de memoria. Este estudio tiene carácter extensionista, cualitativo e interconectado a la investigación-acción. Además de una revisión bibliográfica, se realizaron entrevistas y una vivencia fotográfica que registró las expresiones cotidianas de la actividad generando una narrativa visual e identitaria de este grupo de personas corroborando para la construcción de un espacio de identidad y memoria de esta actividad. Se pudo concluir que las influencias contemporáneas interfieren directamente en el cotidiano de estos productores, llevándolos a romper paradigmas en busca de maximización de resultados y facilitación de rutinas diarias. En este sentido, el patrón mercadológico actual impone sobre estos productores la diseminación de nuevos comportamientos sociales y un proceso de homogéneneización cultural.Este artigo é parte da dissertação de mestrado do Programa Interdepartamental de Pós-Graduação em Artes, Urbanidades e Sustentabilidade da Universidade Federal de São João del Rei/MG. Objetivou-se apreender a percepção dos produtores de queijo Minas artesanal do Campo das Vertentes/MG em relação à própria atividade tendo como norte a análise de suas poéticas cotidianas e o resgate de suas memórias. Buscou-se ainda, conciliar ciência e arte, inspirando a participação, a troca de saberes, além de reforçar a identidade coletiva através da construção de um lugar de memória. Este estudo tem caráter extensionista, qualitativo e interligado à pesquisa-ação. Além de uma revisão bibliográfica, foram realizadas entrevistas e uma vivência fotográfica que registrou as expressões cotidianas da atividade gerando uma narrativa visual e identitária deste grupo de pessoas, corroborando para a construção de um espaço de identidade e memória desta atividade. Pôde-se concluir que as influências contemporâneas interferem diretamente sobre o cotidiano destes produtores, levando-os a quebrar paradigmas em busca de maximização de resultados e facilitação de rotinas diárias.
