Physiotherapy students’ perception about the influence of the implementation of the National Curriculum Guidelines and the organizational environment on the professional qualification

Resumo: Contemporary times require an education that encourages students to think in depth and reflection, and that changes in time in professional qualification in physiotherapy have been requested so that curricula meet the specific needs of regions, such as the expectations of documents and students, including a teaching, research, and extension passage were thus prepared as National Curriculum Guidelines (NCG). Also, as higher education institutions (HEIs), they must apply the organizational environment that allows them to know the work environment and the quality level practiced at the HEIs. The aim of the present study was to analyze the perception of the physiotherapy students of two institutions, about the influence of the NCG implementation and the organizational environment aspects in their academic qualification. The present research had a quantitative and qualitative approach. One sample consisted of students from a public and a private institution who answered a questionnaire and the data were analyzed descriptively. Verify that the course and course content meet student expectations, teamwork and relationship to documents were critical to quality education and innovations in teaching methodologies. The opinion of the students differed as to the time of the practical disciplines, infrastructure, performance in the three levels of attention and search for promotion, prevention and rehabilitation, and the perception of the students of the public institution of agreement during private practice totally agreed. It can be concluded the implementation of NCG, as well as the organizational environment influences the academic formation.

It can be concluded the implementation of NCG, as well as the organizational environment influences the academic formation.Los tiempos contemporáneos exigen una educación que aliente a los estudiantes a pensar con autonomía y reflexión crítica, mientras que los cambios en la capacitación profesional en fisioterapia fueron necesarios para que los planes de estudio satisfagan las necesidades específicas de las regiones, las expectativas de los maestros y estudiantes, incluida la tríada. enseñanza, investigación y extensión, se prepararon las Pautas Curriculares Nacionales (DCN). Además, las instituciones de educación superior (IES) necesitan evaluar el clima organizacional que les permite conocer el entorno de trabajo y el nivel de calidad que se practica en las IES. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la percepción de los estudiantes de fisioterapia de dos instituciones, sobre la influencia de la implementación de las ENT y los aspectos del clima organizacional en su formación académica. La presente investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. La muestra consistió en estudiantes graduados de una institución pública y privada que respondieron un cuestionario y los datos se analizaron descriptivamente. Se encontró que el curso y el contenido de las asignaturas cumplieron parcialmente con las expectativas de los estudiantes, el trabajo en equipo y la relación con los docentes fueron fundamentales para una educación de calidad y hubo innovaciones en las metodologías de enseñanza. La opinión de los estudiantes difería con respecto al tiempo de las disciplinas prácticas, la infraestructura, el desempeño en los tres niveles de atención y la búsqueda de actividades de promoción, prevención y rehabilitación, siendo la percepción de los estudiantes de la institución pública de estar parcialmente de acuerdo, mientras que la institución privada está totalmente de acuerdo. Ainda, as instituições de ensino superior (IES) precisam avaliar o clima organizacional que permite conhecer o ambiente de trabalho e o nível de qualidade praticado nas IES. O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi analisar a percepção dos discentes de fisioterapia de duas instituições, sobre a influência da implementação das DCN e aspectos do clima organizacional na sua formação acadêmica. A presente pesquisa teve uma abordagem quanti-qualitativa. A amostra foi composta por discentes formandos de uma instituição pública e outra privada que responderam um questionário e os dados foram analisados de forma descritiva. Verificou-se que o curso e os conteúdos das disciplinas atenderam parcialmente as expectativas dos discentes, o trabalho em equipe e a relação com os docentes foram fundamentais para a formação de qualidade e houveram inovações nas metodologias de ensino. A opinião dos discentes divergiram quanto ao tempo de disciplinas práticas, infraestrutura, atuação nos três níveis de atenção e a busca por atividades de promoção, prevenção e reabilitação, sendo a percepção dos discentes da instituição pública de concordarem parcialmente enquanto da instituição privada concordarem totalmente.
