Summary: The present study deals with a literature review on Speech Therapy Intervention in patients with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), aims to identify speech therapy interventions in patients with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). a developmental psychiatric disorder more common in childhood, feeling a neurobiological condition that affects 3% to 7% of the population.The study sought to characterize the Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, describing the Speech-Language Pathology alterations found in the ADHD Speech-Language Pathology in patients with ADHD, in addition to aspects related to the characteristics, diagnoses and treatment of the disorder.The speech therapy intervention aims to reduce the various compromises, positively helping these people to overcome their difficulties.The SCIELO, LILACS and MEDLINE databases were used in the years of 2010 to 2020 for data analysis. greater time frame considered that the articles found recently did not correspond to the research objective. Given the above, it is concluded that a wide spectrum of methodologies in the investigated programs, such as the use of computerized activities, training for parents and teachers, psychosocial interventions and challenging tasks within the classroom. However, there is a need for current research, considering the theme presented.

However, there is a need for current research, considering the theme presented.El presente estudio trata de una revisión de la literatura sobre Intervención de Fonoaudiología en pacientes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH), tiene como objetivo identificar las intervenciones de Fonoaudiología en pacientes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH). un trastorno psiquiátrico del desarrollo más común en la infancia, sintiendo una condición neurobiológica que afecta del 3% al 7% de la población El estudio buscó caracterizar el trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad, describiendo las alteraciones de la patología del habla y el lenguaje encontradas en el TDAH el desempeño de la patología del habla y el lenguaje en pacientes El TDAH, además de los aspectos relacionados con las características, diagnósticos y tratamiento del trastorno, la intervención logopédica tiene como objetivo reducir los diversos compromisos, ayudando positivamente a estas personas a superar sus dificultades.Las bases de datos SCIELO, LILACS y MEDLINE se utilizaron en los años de 2010 a 2020 para análisis de datos. Mayor tiempo consideró que los artículos encontrados recientemente no se correspondían con el objetivo de la investigación. Dado lo anterior, se concluye que existe un amplio espectro de metodologías en los programas investigados, tales como el uso de actividades computarizadas, capacitación para padres y maestros, intervenciones psicosociales y tareas desafiantes dentro del aula. Sin embargo, existe la necesidad de una investigación actual, considerando el tema presentado.O presente estudo trata de uma revisão de literatura sobre a Intervenção Fonoaudiológica em pacientes com transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade (TDAH, tem como objetivo identificar as intervenções fonoaudiológica em pacientes com Transtorno do Déficit de Atenção/Hiperatividade (TDAH). O TDAH é um transtorno psiquiátrico desenvolvimental mais comum na infância, senso uma condição neurobiológica que atinge de 3% a 7% da população. O estudo buscou caracterizar o Transtorno de Déficit de Atenção e Hiperatividade, descrevendo as alterações Fonoaudiológicas encontradas no TDAH a atuação Fonoaudiológica em pacientes com TDAH, além de aspectos relacionados as características, diagnósticos e tratamento do transtorno. A intervenção fonoaudiológica visa reduzir os diversos comprometimentos, auxiliando de forma positiva essas pessoas a vencerem suas dificuldades. Foi utilizado os bancos de dados da SCIELO, LILACS e MEDLINE nos anos de 2010 a 2020 para a análise de dados. Utilizou-se um recorte temporal maior considerado que os artigos encontrados recentes não correspondiam ao objetivo da pesquisa. Diante do exposto conclui-se que um amplo espectro de metodologias nos programas investigados, tais como emprego de atividades computadorizadas, treinamento para pais e professores, intervenções psicossociais e tarefas de desafio dentro da sala de aula.
