Resumo: | The objective of this study was to evaluate the gas and effluent losses and the chemical composition of Brachiaria brizantha cv. Piatã with inclusion of bean residue. The inclusion of 0, 10, 20 and 30% of bean residue in Brachiaria grass silage were evaluated in a completely randomized design with five replicates. The results were submitted to analysis of variance and regression, tested by the Tukey test at 5% probability. An increase (P<0,05) of 4,494 percentage units was observed for each 1% inclusion on dry matter recovery. There was a reduction (P<0,05) of 0,259; 0,72 and 0,722 percentage units for each 1% of bean residue on the pH values, losses by gases and effluent, respectively. An increase (P<0,05) of 0,093 was observed; 0,046; 0,191 and 0,031 percentage units for each 1% of the residue added on dry matter, mineral matter, crude protein and ether extract. There was a reduction (P<0,05) of 0,046; 0,233; 0,136 and 0,091 percentage units for each 1% of residue added on organic matter, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and hemicellulose.The inclusion of 10% of bean residue in the piatã silage is enough to reduce gas and effluent losses, increase dry matter recovery and improve the chemical composition of the silage. |

Piatã con inclusión de residuos de frijol. Se evaluó la inclusión de 0, 10, 20 y 30% de residuos de frijol en el ensilaje de pasto Brachiaria, distribuido en un diseño completamente al azar con cinco repeticiones. Después de 60 días de rebrote y corte a 10 cm del suelo, el ensilaje de hierba Brachiaria se realizó en silos experimentales de 10 L, equipados con una válvula Bunsen y 2 kg de arena en el fondo para retener el efluente. Los silos se abrieron después de 40 días. Los resultados se sometieron a análisis de varianza y regresión, y la elección de los modelos se basó en la importancia de los parámetros de regresión, probados por la prueba de Tukey con una probabilidad del 5%. Se observó un aumento (P<0.05) de 4,494 unidades porcentuales por cada inclusión del 1% en la recuperación de materia seca. Hubo una reducción (P<0.05) de 0.259; 0.72 y 0.722 unidades porcentuales por cada 1% de residuo de frijol en los valores de pH, pérdidas por gases y efluentes, respectivamente. Se observó un aumento (P <0.05) de 0.093; 0,046; 0.191 y 0.031 unidades porcentuales por cada 1% del residuo agregado en materia seca, materia mineral, proteína cruda y extracto de éter. Hubo una reducción (P<0.05) de 0.046; 0,233; 0.136 y 0.091 unidades porcentuales por cada 1% de residuo agregado en materia orgánica, fibra de detergente neutro, fibra de detergente ácido y hemicelulosa. La inclusión del 10% de residuos de frijol en el ensilaje del pasto piatã es suficiente para reducir las pérdidas por gases y efluentes, aumentar la recuperación de materia seca y mejorar la composición química del ensilaje.Objetivou-se com o presente estudo avaliar como reduzir os gases e efluentes e a composição química das silagens de Brachiaria brizantha cv. Piatã com inclusão de resíduo de feijão. Foram tributadas a inclusão de 0, 10, 20 e 30% do resíduo de feijão na ensilagem do capim Brachiaria , distribuídos em um delineamento fresco casualizado com cinco repetições. Após 60 dias de rebrotação e corte a 10 cm do solo, execute a ensilagem do capim Brachiariaem silos experimentais de 10 L, dotados de válvula de Bunsen e 2 kg de areia no fundo para retenção de efluentes. A abertura dos silos ocorreu após 40 dias. Os resultados foram analisados na análise de variação e de regressão, sendo uma escolha dos modelos aplicáveis na significância dos parâmetros de regressão, testados pelo teste de Tukey com 5% de probabilidade. Observou-se aumento (P <0,05) de 4.494 unidades percentuais para cada 1% de inclusão sobre a recuperação de matéria seca. Houve redução (P <0,05) de 0,259; 0,72 e 0,722 unidades percentuais para cada 1% de resíduo de feijão sobre os valores de pH, perdas de gases e efluentes, respectivamente. Observou-se um aumento (P <0,05) de 0,093; 0,046; 0,191 e 0,031 unidades percentuais a cada 1% do resíduo adicionado sobre uma matéria seca, mineral mineral, proteína bruta e extrato etéreo. Houve redução (P <0,05) de 0,046; 0,233; 0,136 e 0,091 unidades percentuais a cada 1% de resíduo adicionado sobre a matéria orgânica, fibra em detergente neutro, fibra em detergente ácido e hemicelulose.
