Academic monitoring of the subject of nutritional assessment: experience report in the process of return to personal classes post pandemic

Resumo: The discipline of nutritional assessment, fundamental for the development of nutritionists, is composed of theoretical and practical activities that dedicated dedication and exercise of the contents. However, after returning to face-to-face activities, students found it difficult to adapt and develop learning. This study aims to report the experience of academic monitoring in the return to face-to-face classes, in a hybrid format. This research is of the qualitative and quantitative experience report type, with data collection carried out through a comparison between the averages of the estimates, before and after the beginning of the program and an online dialogue with 7 objective questions, which were incorporated by the students about classification with monitoring. The results showed a 25% increase in the average of the estimates, and 100% satisfaction with the monitor's activities and ways of working, both face-to-face and remote. With this, the importance of monitoring is reintegrated into practical disciplines in the area of ​​health.

Este estudio tiene como objetivo relatar la experiencia del seguimiento académico en el retorno a las clases presenciales, en un formato híbrido. Esta investigación es del tipo informe de experiencia cualitativa y cuantitativa, con recolección de datos realizada a través de una comparación entre los promedios de las estimaciones, antes y después del inicio del programa y un diálogo en línea con 7 preguntas objetivas, que fueron incorporadas por los estudiantes. sobre clasificación con seguimiento. No entanto, após o retorno às atividades presenciais, notou-se dificuldade de adaptação e desenvolvimento do aprendizado por parte dos alunos. Este estudo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência da monitoria acadêmica no retorno às aulas presenciais, no formato híbrido. Esta pesquisa é do tipo relato de experiência quali-quantitativo, com a coleta de dados realizadas através de um comparativo entre as médias das avaliações, antes e após o início do programa e um questionário online com 7 perguntas objetivas, que foram preenchidas pelos discentes sobre a satisfação com a monitoria. Os resultados apontaram aumento de 25% da média das avaliações, e 100% de contentamento com as atividades do monitor e formas de trabalho, tanto presencial quanto remoto.
