Resumo: Objective: To present preliminary results of the implementation of the Advanced Access model in family health units. Methods: This is an implementation survey. The study setting was the South Coordination of the city of São Paulo, the subjects were health professionals and managers of the 13 UBS involved with the implementation of the Advanced Access model. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, analyzed based on content analysis and organized according to perceptions of acceptability, feasibility and sustainability. Results: The results showed that the Advanced Access model has positive acceptability, while the sustainability of the model is questioned by physicians and its feasibility by nurses and managers. Conclusion: For the implementation of this model to become an improvement, it is necessary to invest in: 1) the use of electronic medical records and more effective clinical protocols for nurses; 2) incorporation of remote assistance strategies; 3) changing the paradigms of health professionals and users about the relationship between the agenda and continuity of care.

Métodos: Esta es una encuesta de implementación. El escenario de estudio fue la Coordinación Sur de la ciudad de São Paulo, los sujetos fueron profesionales de la salud y gestores de las 13 UBS involucradas en la implementación del modelo de Acceso Avanzado. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, analizados a partir del análisis de contenido y organizados según percepciones de aceptabilidad, factibilidad y sostenibilidad. Resultados: Los resultados mostraron que el modelo de Acceso Avanzado tiene aceptabilidad positiva, ya que la sustentabilidad del modelo es cuestionada por los médicos y su factibilidad por los enfermeros y gestores. Conclusión: Para que la implementación de este modelo se convierta en una mejora, es necesario invertir en: 1) el uso de historias clínicas electrónicas y protocolos clínicos más resolutivos para los enfermeros; 2) incorporación de estrategias de asistencia remota; 3) cambiar los paradigmas de los profesionales y usuarios de la salud sobre la relación entre la agenda y la continuidad del cuidado.Objetivo: Apresentar resultados preliminares da implantação do modelo de Acesso Avançado em unidades de saúde da família. Métodos: Trata-se de um uma pesquisa de implementação. O cenário do estudo foi a Coordenadoria Sul do município de São Paulo, os sujeitos foram profissionais de saúde e gestores das 13 UBS envolvidas com a implantação do modelo de Acesso Avançado. Os dados foram coletados mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas, analisados com base na análise de conteúdo e organizados segundo as percepções de aceitabilidade, viabilidade e sustentabilidade. Resultados: Os resultados apontaram que o modelo de Acesso Avançado tem aceitabilidade positiva, já a sustentabilidade do modelo é questionada pelos médicos e a viabilidade pelos enfermeiros e gestores.
