Resumo: | Persistence of the ductus arteriosus (PDA) is one of the congenital heart diseases that needs an immediate approach because it puts the life of the neonatal, commonly premature, at risk. This study aims to identify the nursing care performed by nurses in children with PDA and to compare the trajectory of nursing care to this population. A qualitative integrative descriptive review was carried out using a comparative history analysis. Four crosses of descriptors were used with the Boolean operator and on the website of the Virtual Health Library Brazil (VHL-Brazil) within the period from 1987 to 2017. As a result, five categories were obtained in which details about changes in pharmacological treatments and surgical procedures, nursing care, the clinical profile of these patients and nursing diagnoses. In addition to generating a nursing care assistance plan for children affected by this congenital heart disease. Through this research, it can be seen that there were changes in pharmacological and surgical treatments for these children affected by PDA. However, there were no significant changes for nursing care as they remained constant in view of the clinical profile of this. |

Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los cuidados de enfermería que realizan las enfermeras en niños con CAP y comparar la trayectoria de los cuidados de enfermería a esta población. Se realizó una revisión descriptiva integradora cualitativa mediante un análisis histórico comparativo. Se utilizaron cuatro cruces de descriptores con el operador booleano y en el sitio web de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud Brasil (BVS-Brasil) en el período de 1987 a 2017. Como resultado, se obtuvieron cinco categorías en las que se detallan los cambios en los tratamientos farmacológicos y procedimientos quirúrgicos, cuidados de enfermería, perfil clínico de estos pacientes y diagnósticos de enfermería. Además de generar un plan de atención de enfermería asistencial a los niños afectados por esta cardiopatía congénita. A través de esta investigación, se puede observar que hubo cambios en los tratamientos farmacológicos y quirúrgicos para estos niños afectados por CAP. Sin embargo, no hubo cambios significativos para los cuidados de enfermería, ya que se mantuvieron constantes ante el perfil clínico de esta población.A persistência do canal arterial (PCA) é uma das cardiopatias congênitas que necessita de uma abordagem imediata pois coloca em risco a vida do neonatal, comumente prematuro. Este estudo visa identificar os cuidados de enfermagem realizados pelo enfermeiro em crianças portadoras de PCA e comparar a trajetória dos cuidados de enfermagem à esta população. Foi realizado uma revisão integrativa descritiva de modo qualitativo, usando uma análise de história comparada. Foram utilizados quatro cruzamentos de descritores com operador booleano and no sítio da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde Brasil (BVS-Brasil) dentro do período de 1987 a 2017. Como resultado, foram obtidas cinco categorias nas quais detalha-se sobre as alterações nos tratamentos farmacológicos e cirúrgicos, os cuidados de enfermagem, o perfil clínico desses pacientes e diagnósticos de enfermagem. Além de gerar um plano assistencial de cuidados de enfermagem para as crianças acometidas por esta cardiopatia congênita. Através desta pesquisa, pode-se ser constatado que houve mudanças nos tratamentos farmacológicos e cirúrgicos para estas crianças acometidas por PCA.
