Summary: After introducing to the subject and detailed study of the tools, the articles proposed the creation of a model flowchart to assist in the performance of the managers in front of their collaborators. Using the exposed Bibliography, three tools of strategic management of people and their diverse unfolding were defined. By means of field research, the general flowchart was made and then the application of the same was determined. At the end, the results were analyzed and it was concluded that the proposed article was successful in achieving the double win.

At the end, the results were analyzed and it was concluded that the proposed article was successful in achieving the double win.Luego de una introducción al tema y un estudio detallado de las herramientas, el artículo proponía la creación de un diagrama de flujo modelo para ayudar al desempeño de los gerentes ante sus empleados. A partir de la Bibliografía expuesta se definieron tres herramientas estratégicas de gestión de personas y sus diversos desarrollos. A través de la investigación de campo se realizó el diagrama de flujo general y luego se determinó su aplicación. Al final, se analizaron los resultados y se concluyó que el artículo propuesto fue exitoso en lograr ganar-ganar.Após introdução ao assunto e estudo detalhado das ferramentas, o artigo se propôs a criação de um fluxograma modelo para auxiliar na atuação dos gestores diante de seus colaboradores. Usando a Bibliografia exposta, foram definidas três ferramentas de gestão estratégica de pessoas e seus diversos desdobramentos. Através da pesquisa de campo, fez-se o fluxograma geral e então determinou-se a aplicação do mesmo.
