THE GRAVITATION OF THE ETHICS OF CARE IN MEDIATION: SOCIAL INTERVENTION AND SCHOOL EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS

Resumo: In conflict resolution, in breach of regulations and in cases of indiscipline, it is required school mediators and mediation programs. In the implementation of these programs is essential to train mediators to intervene in educational context with students, teachers and family, being required to these professionals, ethics professional mediator. The need to educate students to integrate mediation teams implies the promotion of values of coexistence and ethics of care with others. The ethics of care and of the meeting allow for more possibilities of conviviality and new forms of human existence. We try to interpret the views of some authors about mediation, mediators (models and programs), emphasizing education for tolerance, solidarity, responsibility and citizenship, which are requirements of the school within the framework of education for values. Mediation helps to resolve conflicts, improving communication, relationships and coexistence.

En la implementación de estos programas es esencial formar mediadores para intervinieren en contexto socioeducativo con alumnos, profesores y familia, y se exige a eses profesionales una ética profesional mediadora. La necesidad de educar los alumnos para integraren los equipos de mediación implica la promoción de valores de convivencia y una ética de atención con los otros. La ética del cuidado y del encuentro permite más posibilidades de convivir y nuevas formas de existencia humana. Procuramos interpretar los puntos de vista de algunos autores sobre la mediación (modelos y programas), destacando la educación para la tolerancia, solidaridad, responsabilidad y ciudadanía, que son exigencias de la escuela en el ámbito de la educación para los valores. La mediación contribuye para resolver conflictos, mejorar la comunicación, las relaciones y el convivio.Na resolução de conflitos, no incumprimento de normas e nas situações de indisciplina escolar, exigem-se mediadores e programas de mediação. Na implementação destes programas é essencial formar mediadores para intervirem em contexto socioeducativo com alunos, professores e família, sendo exigido a esses profissionais uma ética profissional mediadora. A necessidade de educar os alunos para integrarem as equipes de mediação implica a promoção de valores de convivência e uma ética do cuidado com os outros. A ética do cuidado e do encontro permite mais possibilidades de convívio e novas formas de existência humana. Procuramos interpretar os pontos de vista de alguns autores sobre a mediação (modelos e programas), destacando a educação para a tolerância, solidariedade, responsabilidade e cidadania, que são exigências da escola no âmbito da educação para os valores.
