THE EVALUATION PROCESS OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF GRADUATE IDENTIFIES THE CAPES AS A DIFFERENT AGENCY FROM OTHERS

Resumo: This text is the result of raising two points of integrated inflection, commented by who lived through these times considered relevant to the successes achieved by the policies outlined by the Capes and the formation of its organizational culture. We try to present the events under the personal perspective by participants and cooperators involved in the events, elucidating gaps which generate tacit knowledge, transmitted by oral communication, the dominant culture at Capes. At this time, another cycle is initiated with the implementation of Sucupira Platform as a baseline of the National System of Graduate Studies.

At this time, another cycle is initiated with the implementation of Sucupira Platform as a baseline of the National System of Graduate Studies. El texto es resultado de levantamiento de dos puntos de inflexión integrados, comentado por profesionales que vivieron estos momentos considerados relevantes para los éxitos obtenidos por las políticas trazadas por la Capes y para la formación de su cultura organizacional. Fue buscado presentar los acontecimientos bajo el punto de vista personal de los actores y colaboradores involucrados en los eventos, elucidando espacios generadores de conocimiento tácito, transmitido por la comunicación oral, característica que domina en la cultura de la Capes. En ese momento se ha iniciado otro ciclo con la implantación de la Plataforma Sucupira como base de referencia del Sistema Nacional de Postgrado. Este texto é o resultado do levantamento de dois pontos de inflexão integrados, comentado por profissionais que viveram estes momentos considerados relevantes para os êxitos obtidos pelas políticas traçadas pela Capes e para a formação da sua cultura organizacional. Procuramos apresentar os acontecimentos sob o ponto de vista pessoal dos atores e colaboradores envolvidos nos eventos, elucidando lacunas geradoras do conhecimento tácito, transmitido pela comunicação oral, característica dominante na cultura da Capes.
