Resumo: The purpose of this article is to analyze the movie “Crime Delicado” (by BetoBrant, 2005), aiming to find in the movie the emergence of the eroticism and the way it isbuilt through the arts, in particular, painting. Brant’s movie deals, specifically, with arts anderoticism as a way to raise questions about intimacy and human beings’ doubts. Eroticism hasbeen addressed by the movie industry in different ways. Brant has chosen the duality,focusing both, the construction and the demolition of the erotica. Through transgressionsand the breaking of taboos, as the girl without one leg and the critic who has doubts aboutart, “Crime Delicado” rejects the commonplace, searching instead for new possibilities toshow eroticism in the cinema.

O filme de Brant tem como especificidade tratar das artes e doerotismo de forma a levantar questões acerca do intimismo e dúvidas do ser humano. Oerotismo vem sendo tratado pelo cinema de diversas formas, Brant optou pela dualidade,retratando tanto a construção quanto a desconstrução do erótico.
