The International System is the scene of a number of conflicts, currently underlining the conflict in Syria, which has lasted for more than five years and has had irreversible consequences for its civilian population and the International Community. In the face of various conflicts that already exist, the International System has Mechanisms for the Peaceful Resolution of Conflicts, which seeks to resolve the disputes of States. The present research aims to analyze the use of these mechanisms so that they influence the conduct of the conflict. This should be done by identifying the mechanisms, the contextualization of the conflict and a final analysis of the contribution of these mechanisms of conflict management. The research will have methodological approaches as a qualitative approach, since it seeks a better analysis of the scientific production in relation to the context of the Syrian conflict with the International Community. It is justified to approach the issue because of the conflict that existed more than five years ago, beginning in 2011, through the Arab Spring, and since then there has been no effective solution to the conflict, only a resolution has been adopted, which is considered a For the case, which provides for the political transition of the State.
