Resumo: | This paper aims to understand the impacts that the low cost management system implemented by GOL at the beginning of the 21st century, changed the regular aviation market in Brazil, with considerable changes to the civil aviation system, which changes since changes in habits. passenger use as a greater use by corporate customers, where they are looking for more specific punctuality and times to serve this type of customer since then, since they are the ones that generate the most revenue on tickets due to the short advance of purchase and to complete the sale. seats, leisure travelers who are more price sensitive and buy tickets in advance. Foi adotada a metodologia científica de caráter exploratório com abordagem qualitativa, com pesquisas documentais através de dados obtidos e divulgados pela ANAC (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil), CADE (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica), e nos canais institucionais e relação com investidores da GOL, o embasamento teórico foi obtido através de autores como Beni (2013), SOUZA Carlos Antônio (2006), CAMARGOS e MINADEO (2009), mostrando e compreendendo pontos que mostram o crescimento da oferta e demanda do mercado Brasileiro e as cíclicas viradas na economia Brasileira. A pesquisa resulta de que esse novo conceito de gestão low cost estará cada vez mais presente e novos players que se consolidaram após a chegada da GOL buscam o mesmo conceito e trazendo até novas ideias.
