Resumo: The Information Technology (IT) is evidenced by the increasing prominence in organizations, not only as a support for the business, but as a strategic factor to organizational decisions. Therefore we saw the need to invest in planning and realization of a modeling to develop softwares. The tool developed for this study meets the need of having a modeling phase to the development and success of the software. Based on this demand, was created a web solution for modeling UML diagrams, more specifically using case diagrams, and that integrates these diagrams with a desktop tool - Enterprise Architect. The tool must support user mobility enabling work outside of commercial hours, or even work remotely, often with the support of the customer at his side. The proposed tool has been developed in order to satisfy the needs of potential users that require modeling use case diagram, but that they are not restricted to specific locations.

Por isso, viu-se a necessidade de investir no planejamento e na realização de uma modelagem para desenvolver softwares. A ferramenta desenvolvida para este trabalho de conclusão de curso vem ao encontro da necessidade de se ter uma fase de modelagem para o desenvolvimento e o sucesso do software. Com base nessa demanda, foi criada uma solução web para a modelagem de diagramas UML, mais especificamente diagramas de caso de uso, e que integre esses diagramas com uma ferramenta desktop - Enterprise Architect. A ferramenta deve apoiar a mobilidade do usuário possibilitando o trabalho fora da jornada de horário comercial, ou até mesmo de forma remota da empresa, muitas vezes com o apoio do cliente ao seu lado.
