Due to the need to attend a high demand in the civil construction sector, the decrease in quality in the production of Mixed Concrete in Central (MCC) is increasing. Based on that, after the theoretical foundation, tests were developed in the Civil Engineering laboratory of the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL), Tubarão - SC campus. In order to present a succinct comparison between the quality of the concrete requested in the project and the one produced in central mixer of concrete. For that, the characteristics and properties of the concrete will be described and analyzed, as well as its performance and durability. The research is classified as explanatory and exploratory, employing sample collection, materials characterization, assembly of laboratory samples, performance of the workability and compressive strength tests in accordance with the standards recommendations and, finally, analysis of the comparison of the quality results predicted by the client and executed by the concrete supplier company. The study was necessary in order to confirm this difference. In addition, in order to obtain cost-benefit information and to verify the reasons why some companies in the region and professionals in the area choose a concrete supplier company, a questionnaire was applied in order to know the opinions regarding this issue, as well as to analyze whether they were aware of the quality of the product they were acquiring. The main quality indicator for concrete strength was found in the compressive strength test, where differing values from those recommended in the project were identified. Beside that, a considerable variation was applied, what in practical terms means that the concretes have discordant strengths and durability than from the specified. The difference of the results is attributed to an inadequate choice of inputs, mix, concrete execution or all these factors aligned. Consequently, this led to a inappropriate behavior of the concrete to the conditions that it will be submitted in the building.
