Recuperação de pavimento flexível com elevada degradação a partir de soluções de manutenção rodoviária: estudo de caso

Resumo: The present research is an analysis for pavement recovery in an advanced stage of deterioration, through a case study on a section of highway BR-282 / SC from km 100 to km 104, where the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT), using a conservation and maintenance contract, intervened with solutions of deep patches and surface milling in order to recovery to it is functional condition of the pavement. In view of this, sought to evaluate the segment from the perspective of pavement restoration and to verify the effectiveness of actions under a maintenance contract, compared to what would be possible with restoration solutions. The deflectometric data and the continuous visual survey regarding the condition of the pavement in the case study segment were captured with DNIT, as well as the data from the maintenance services performed, for which it was still possible to monitor the execution of some deep patch locations. The DNER-PRO 11/79 and DNER-PRO 269/94 methods were used for pavement restoration proposals, in addition to mechanistic modeling based on retroanalysis of deflectometric basins. The results show that the solution applied within a maintenance view will have a durability of the pavement life around 4 years, while the application of restoration methodologies has a different alternative life span of 10 years, with different costs that will be compared for a service with greater expectation of success.

Em vista disso, buscou-se avaliar o segmento sob a ótica da restauração de pavimentos e verificar a efetividade das ações no âmbito de um contrato de manutenção, comparativamente ao que seria possível ser realizado com soluções de restauração. Os dados deflectométricos e do levantamento visual contínuo quanto ao estado do pavimento no segmento do estudo de caso foram obtidos junto ao DNIT, assim como os dados dos serviços de manutenção realizados, para o quais foi ainda possível acompanhar a execução de alguns locais de remendos profundos. Para as proposições de restauração do pavimento foram aplicados os métodos DNER-PRO 11/79 e DNER-PRO 269/94, além da modelagem mecanística a partir de retroanálises das bacias deflectométricas.
