Resumo: The first stage of this work was summarized in researching and presenting a visual identity to mark a dental office, with the aid of design and graphic design, in addition to the internal and external analysis of a dental office and the day to day of a dentist. The goal was to identify reasons and the need for creating a branding identity, defining a name and branding manual for an office. It also aimed to understand the concepts that characterize a visual identity, brand and graphic design. The second stage of the current work was dedicated to the bibliographic review of the most pertinent topics for the construction of the theoretical basis, definition of the methodology to be used to implement the objectives, data collection and data analysis, elaboration of the proposal concept and design guidelines. The third stage of the current work was the analysis of the results obtained with the methodology used in the second stage, to begin the definition of the concept of the brand. After the defined concept, the design phase began, which used the guidelines obtained in the concept of the brand, through the brand and creation brief, to arrive at the results that best solve the objectives that the project was intended to achieve and thus obtain the brand identity for the study company of this project. The fourth and last stage of the current work was the application of the developed visual identity, in the creation of the contact points that represent the company, through graphic pieces whose primary objective is to present visually the attributes and concepts of the company using the aspects and visual communication techniques.

O objetivo foi identificar razões e a necessidade para a criação de uma identidade visual de marca, definir um nome e um manual de marca para um consultório. Objetivou também em compreender os conceitos que caracterizam uma identidade visual, marca e o design gráfico. A segunda etapa do corrente trabalho foi dedicada para a revisão bibliográfica dos tópicos mais pertinentes para a construção da base teórica, definição da metodologia a ser utilizada para implementar os objetivos, coleta de dados e análise de dados, elaboração do conceito da proposta e diretrizes projetuais. A terceira etapa do corrente trabalho foi a análise dos resultados obtidos com a metodologia utilizada na segunda etapa, para então iniciar a definição do conceito da marca. Após o conceito definido, deu-se início a fase projetual que utilizou as diretrizes obtidas no conceito da marca, por meio do brief da marca e da criação, para chegar aos resultados que melhor resolvam os objetivos que o projeto pretendia alcançar e assim obter a identidade visual de marca para a empresa de estudo deste projeto.
