Resumo: | Civil construction in Brazil is one of the sectors that most generates jobs and development for the country. This is because building a simple home involves a whole process of buying materials and hiring employees. It also ends up becoming a means of making money, however, you must be careful, because everything is very expensive and generates risks. Because of these facts, entrepreneurs and engineers are always looking for resources to be able to build with lower cost and that meets the technical requirements necessary for a work is well done and effective. Whenever a project starts, a decision has to be made as to which building system will be adopted for that work. Nowadays the vast majority are made by conventional masonry, which is also called reinforced concrete. Often just by custom without taking into account some aspects that could lead to a certain saving of time and money by choosing another building system such as structural masonry, for example. With this in mind, we explained two construction processes: conventional masonry (reinforced concrete) and structural masonry. Thus, it will be explained how each one works and what kind of materials are used, so that they can be compared with each other by elaborating a comparative spreadsheet between the processes, so that it is possible to make a process analysis regarding the time, money and quality. |

Isso acontece, porque na construção de uma simples casa, envolve todo um processo de compras de materiais e contratações de funcionários. Também acaba se tornando um meio de ganhar dinheiro, no entanto, deve-se tomar cuidado, pois, tudo é muito caro e gera riscos Por conta desses fatos, os empresários e engenheiros, sempre estão em busca de recursos para poder fazer uma construção com menor custo e, que atenda aos requisitos técnicos necessários para uma obra seja bem feita e eficaz. Sempre que se inicia um projeto, tem que ser tomada a decisão de qual sistema construtivo será adotado para aquela obra. Hoje em dia a grande maioria são feitas pela alvenaria convencional, que também é chamada de concreto armado. Muitas das vezes apenas por costume sem levar em consideração alguns aspectos que poderiam levar a uma certa economia de tempo e dinheiro escolhendo outro sistema construtivo como a de alvenaria estrutural, por exemplo. Tendo isto em mente, foi feita a explicação de dois processos construtivos: O de alvenaria convencional (concreto armado) e alvenaria estrutural.
