Perfil dos processos de habilitação e adoção na comarca de Tubarão no período de 2015 a 2018

Resumo: The current undergraduate thesis aims to outline the profile of the qualification for adoption processes and the adoption processes to identify the applicant for adoption profile and the adopted expected in qualification for adoption processes, and the adopter and adopted profiles in adoption processes, both at Tubarão County, Santa Catarina, between 2015 and 2018, obtained with the Family, Orphans, Childhood and Youth Court. As for the nature of the research, it is exploratory research, the data collection procedure was bibliographic and documentary, with a quantitative approach, once it aimed to analyze the data collected from the qualification and adoption processes, with graphics presentation. After analyzing 80 (eighty) qualification for adoption processes, the data was verified considering only the processes in which the application was granted, and the applicant for adoption profile: 51,6% female, 73,4% married, 92,1% white, 31% between 36 and 40 years old, 35,9% receive monthly income above R$ 8,000.00 (eight thousand reais), 36,5% have Complete Higher Education, 65,6% opted for adoption due to infertility or difficulty in getting pregnant. About the profile expected for the adopted: 23,4% accept children up to 3 (three) years old, 73,4% are indifferent about the gender, 40,6% are indifferent about the ethnicity, 40,6% accept only white, 43,8% do not accept twins of siblings, 81,3% accept treatable problems. Regarding the adoption processes, there were 43 (forty-three), and the processes considered for the profile analysis were only the ones that the adoption were granted, concerning the profile of the adopter: 56,6% male, 71% married, 52,8% white, 24,5% between 36 and 40 years old, 29% receive between R$ 4.000,00 (four thousand reais) to R$ 6.000,00 (six thousand reais), 28% have Complete Higher Education, 52% the reason for adoption was diverse, 22% were by the adoptee being the son of the adoptive spouse/partner, 26% due to infertility or difficulty getting pregnant. As the adopted profile, 23,5% have up to one year in adoption by the registry, 8,9% have up to 7 years in other kinds of adoption, and 8,9% have above 18 years in other kinds of adoption, with 50% female and 50% male. Finally, among the 43 (forty-three) adoption processes, 31 (thirty-one) were granted the adoption and 13 (thirteen) cases the adoption occurred through the qualification registration, since 29,4% of the cases, the waiting time in the waiting list was up to 4 years, and 29,4% were up to 6 years.

Quanto à natureza da pesquisa, trata-se de pesquisa exploratória, o procedimento de coleta de dados utilizado foi o bibliográfico e documental, sendo a forma de abordagem quantitativa, uma vez que visou-se analisar os dados colhidos dos processos de habilitação e adoção, com apresentação de gráficos. Após a análise dos 80 (oitenta) processos de habilitação à adoção, verificou-se os dados considerando apenas os processos em que restou deferida a inscrição, como sendo o perfil do pretendente: 51,6% feminino, 73,4% casados, 92,1% brancos, 31% possuem entre 36 a 40 anos, 35,9% percebem a renda mensal acima de R$ 8.000,00 (oito mil reais), 36,5% com Ensino Superior Completo, 65,6% optaram pela adoção em razão da infertilidade ou da dificuldade de engravidar. Acerca do perfil esperado para o adotado: 23,4% aceitam até 3 (três) anos, 73,4 indiferentes quanto ao gênero, 40,6% indiferentes quanto à etnia, 40,6% aceitam somente brancos, 43,8% não aceitam gêmeos ou irmãos, 81,3% aceitam problemas tratáveis. No que se refere aos processos de adoção, constatou-se a presença de 43 (quarenta e três) processos, dos quais só foram considerados para análise do perfil os processos em que a adoção restou deferida, assim sendo, quanto ao perfil do adotante: 56,6% masculino, 71% casados, 52,8% brancos, 24,5% possuem entre 36 a 40 anos, 29% percebem entre R$ 4.000,00 (quatro mil reais) a R$ 6.000,00 (seis mil reais), 28% com Ensino Médio Completo, 52% o motivo para adoção foi diversificado, 22% a adoção foi pelo adotado ser filho do cônjuge/companheiro do adotante, 26% por infertilidade ou dificuldade de engravidar. Quanto ao perfil do adotado, 23,5% possuem até 1 ano na adoção pelo cadastro, 8,9% possuem até 7 anos em outros tipos de adoção, e 8,9% possuem acima de 18 anos em outros tipos de adoção, sendo 50% do gênero feminino e 50% do gênero masculino.
