The present work aims to expose the aerobatic instruction can generate an increase of operational safety levels, mainly avoiding the occurrence of loss of control in flight (LOC-I). The methodology used to defend this thesis is exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedure with quantitative approach, where we will find articles explaining the subject, although in Brazil we do not have a more deepened study on the subject, in other countries, its regulatory agencies already see the loss of control in flight as a problem that must be solved, because in addition to the high frequency of occurrence, it is an accident that is usually fatal. As main conclusions about what was exposed is that aerobatics increase pilot confidence, skill and perception levels, leading to reduced loss of control in flight and, consequently, increasing operational safety levels.
