Resumo: The objective of this paper was to analyze the logistic operations and to point out measures to improve Blade Energy's stocks control. The company has been presenting problems with inventory accuracy and product waste, mainly due to the expiration date, which led to the increase in costs and market losses against the competitors from the energy drinks business, located in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. In order to make its development possible, tools and methodologies for Inventory Management were described. The current flowchart of the logistic processes was analyzed, seeking to understand the current control procedures from the customer's order to its delivery. Then, proposals for a definition of the inventory policy were made. Finally, the study that led to the effectiveness analysis of the suggested proposals was described.

Finally, the study that led to the effectiveness analysis of the suggested proposals was described.Este trabalho apresentado teve como objetivo analisar as operações logísticas e apontar medidas para melhorar o controle de estoques da Blade Energy, a empresa vem apresentando problemas com acuracidade de estoque e desperdícios de produtos principalmente pelo vencimento do prazo de validade, que ocasionam aumento em custos e perdas do mercado para com os concorrentes, do ramo de bebidas energéticas localizada em Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. Com o propósito de tornar possível o seu desenvolvimento, foram descritas ferramentas e metodologias para gestão de estoque. Foi analisado o fluxograma atual dos processos logísticos, buscando compreender os procedimentos atuais de controle desde o pedido do cliente até a entrega do mesmo, em seguida propostas para uma definição de politica de estoque.
