The present work has as objective the elaboration of the project of an urban park in the municipality of Tubarão, emphasizing its importance in the quality of life of the inhabitants. Thus, it was necessary to prepare some studies both in the theoretical area, which prove their relevance to the city and the people who reside in it, as well as geographic, topographic, graphic, photographic, normative surveys, among others, for the production of the party. All the information collected will serve as the basis for creating a party that adheres to the central idea of ​​diversity, uses, people, ages, classes, natural elements, among others. Thus, at the end of the work, a satisfactory result is obtained for the continuation of the proposal in the preliminary phase in TC II.
