This course conclusion work aims to document the process of designing and producing a series of illustrations for the book “Os Mistérios de Elêusis” (The Eleusinian Mysteries), authored by the research author herself, aimed at the Brazilian youth audience, in order to break the unfavorable barriers of literature in Brazil and also transmit the messages that the work reveals, related to self-knowledge and inner change. To carry out the work, Sandra Hudson's methodology was used to design the book and Silva and Nakata's to produce the illustrations. Authors of graphic design and literature, methods of printing, diagramming, illustration and typography were researched, as well as authors who teach about inner knowledge were brought. As a result, it was possible to reach a solution that reflects the essence of the book's history, composed of the definitions of the book's core, the internal illustrations and the cover, fulfilling the initial proposed objectives, and opening space for a possible launch of the book.
