Resumo: This research had as its main reference the risks and impacts to the safety of a place where human beings are taken seriously and have the responsibility to defend the responsible bodies, that are ANAC, DECEA, ANATEL, Ministry of Defense and organs public security. It is characterized as an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research with bibliographic and documentary procedures by means of communication, reports, regulations and laws. The approach was qualitative. The analysis of the data was performed through the means of reading rules for the use of drones and yeasts in tests performed by professionals at the request of the foreign authorities. "When results are investigated, completed and expected independently," Drones are a risk to aviation when used improperly. It is also possible to present a database of an operating system that is a competitor of all the sides of the world, whatever it may be, that is, a debt control system.

It is also possible to present a database of an operating system that is a competitor of all the sides of the world, whatever it may be, that is, a debt control system.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral conhecer os riscos e impactos para a segurança de voo envolvendo Drones quando os mesmos são utilizados sem a devida atenção e cumprimento das regras estabelecidas pelos órgãos responsáveis, os quais são ANAC, DECEA, ANATEL, Ministério da Defesa e órgãos de segurança pública. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e explicativa com procedimentos bibliográfico e documental por meios de artigos, reportagens, regulamentos e leis. A abordagem foi qualitativa. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio de leitura das regras para utilização de Drones e levada em consideração os testes efetuados pelos profissionais a pedido das autoridades estrangeiras. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que apesar de serem úteis em diversos setores, os Drones oferecem risco para a aviação quando usado indevidamente.
