Resumo: This work proposes the elaboration of a Fire Prevention Plan (FPP) of a mixed building that will be regularized after a major renovation, the building is placed on Florianopolis/SC. The Fire Prevention Plan is essential for the safety of the individuals who are going to use the site as well as the surroundings of it. This work will detail the methodology used to elaborate the project considering the technical standards required by the Military Fire Brigade of Santa Catarina (CBMSC), which is the responsible for the approval of the project.
