This research presents a study on the topic management and risk prevention aviary in civil aviation. It is the aim of this research to analyze which factors contributing to the occurrence of accidents and aircraft incidents involving birds as well as identify actions that can be done to reduce these accidents. Regarding methodology, the level of depth, is characterized as a descriptive research, the data collection, it is a bibliographical and documentary research. The approach was qualitative. Provided a theoretical basis, together with the analysis, authors such as guedes mendonça and allan and also documents from cenipa, as the letter of operational safety and risk management plan aviary. It was observed through research that the increase of accidents and incidents, most often near the takeoff and landing procedure is due to the height restriction in the flight of birds, and also the proximity of most airports areas urban, facilitating the accumulation of waste and therefore attracting birds. Damage caused by collisions with these animals affect flight safety in all aspects. Due to possible accidents or incidents, an aviary risk management program is critical. Thus, the factors contributing to the occurrence of aircraft accidents and incidents with birds that are open dumps and population growth in the cities. To reduce the number of accidents and incidents, it is most necessary public awareness and focus primarily on the management and prevention of risk aviary. Both the population and the aeronautical authorities must mobilize to minimize the occurrence of aircraft accidents and incidents.
