The present study aims to analyze the application of new technologies in the productive process of companies in the civil construction sector that operate in the region of great Florianópolis/SC. We began by defining the problem, followed by the data collection performed by a questionnaire with the help of the G-suite, and finally an analysis of the data obtained. The contact with the participating companies was made through telephone and e-mail. The information was gathered into tables and graphs. We adopted a quantitative and qualitative field study, with descriptive form in writing, to reach the study objective. The questionnaire was done online during the period from September 19, 2018 until October 5, 2018. The most well-known technology was the BIM System with 84.4% of companies that are familiar with it, however, only 21.8% apply the system. Of the technologies presented, 75% of companies do not use any of them.
